connecting midi to a computer

on my soundcard, i have a port that says midi and it also works as a joystick port. im looking to connect my rolan keyboard to my comp thru midi cables.... so what kinda cable do i need? what is it called?

Just a midi cable - u probably only need half of whats shown in the pic - the circular pair is what newer midi devices use. they kinda look like mic cables but they have 6 pins instead of 3.
