BFXr and SFXr both, are pretty amazing for getting nice WAV's of classic gamesounds instantly.
You could quickly convert such a cute litle WAV into an MP3 ringtone, as well, and put that on your cellphone.
I've done such in the past, there's always LAME for that. (as if we don't already have WAV to MP3 converters).
