Can anybody help with Guitar Rig 4?

I just got Guitar rig 4, and the program works and all, but I only have 5 presets showing. I looked in it's folder and it has about 570 presets in there, but they won't load on the program.

I clicked "Scan for new Presets" and it scanned through a bunch of names and said it imported something but I still have only 5 presets.

How do I get my presets working???

I've become a part of over 10 music software forum including the Native Instruments Forum, because I thought that if anybody knew what was going on in would be the people that made in, right? But nobody knows the answer.

When you say you "got" it. Did you buy it or download it? And did you buy the full version or get it with komplete 7 elements or something?

What I meant is that a friend let me borrow the cd he had, and he say's that he doesn't know if its the full version of the Komplete 7 thing, but he didn't tell me if it was downloaded or not (probably was).

Do you know what the difference is between the two versions?

And what would be the difference between a stolen version over a bought version? I have all of the "Presets" on my computer, but Guitar Rig won't recognize them.
