yo i got 100 bucks on the side whats the best sound library to get? i want sth with a wide range of sounds, especially bells, keys, flutes, guitars and stuff.
u can also tell me more librarys, 100 bucks budget...

You may know this but there is so so so much free stuff out there that you would be fine for a very long time before you exhausted it all. IMO I'd say try all the options first before using that $100.

- Commercial sample sites have free samples
- Loads of free sample sites (Google it)
- Peer to peer sites where users create their own samples and share

etc
