Best desktop on a budget for producing music?

I'm looking to spend around 400-700 on a desktop(not laptop) that would be ideal for producing music. Since today is CyberMonday I was hoping to snag a deal on one. Any thoughts ?

Hey, I know this is a bit late but you can definitely produce on an average build. I would invest in a good pair of headphones and maybe a DAC. I'm also starting out so take this with a grain of salt. Good luck!
