Hey man I love your stereo field in this! really Flying Lotus-style with the tripped out intro.

The beat is nice too but it didn't quite drop in as heavy or as up front as I expected.

It's Erykah, right?

Check my Roots remake if you get a minute man.

Nice work! B

Hey B, thanks for the feedback man! Much appreciated! I played your Roots cover track a few times on YouTube and it made me think of punchy kicks and cosmic sounds, so would it be cool if I`d lay some of my stuff over your track sometimes? Promise I won`t share it w/o permission haha since it`s your performance there. :D

TBH I don`t listen to Roots that much so I also had to search and listen to the original song to get an idea and I think I like your version a bit more than the original, haha. Also, you mentioned Flying Lotus and I remember that I had someone else compare some of my shit with some of Flying Lotus`. Once again, I don`t actually know more than a couple of his tracks but I know he`s really good so that`s a really fresh comparison. Peace!

Cool man I'm up for looking into collabs and stuff in the future but normally when I do that kind of thing with producers they send a track over to me and then I just lay the bass on to it but either way i'm open to ideas so I'll let you know whenever i"m working on something and feel it needs someone else's touch involved! B

Nice work its something that fits a lyrical artist. Very chill something relaxing/worth listening to.

Thank you very much! Got more beats in the works, I`ll be posting them here when they`re done, maybe someone will get inspired to spit some lyics over them haha. xD

Thanks for the feedback! Thing with the hats is some kind of a personal issue of mine, I used to use really loud hats in the past and now I try to lower them down in most of my beats. Then again, I really don`t want people focusing on the hats too much so they`re just playing softly in the background so your brain will notice them even if you`re probably concentrating on other sounds at times.

I listened to your beat and it`s really dope man but IMHO the snares sound a bit too generic and the vocal glitch sample sounds a bit off at times. Also I`ll tell you now what every one of my friends tell me : "dude it leaves me hanging...". Meaning that after 2 minutes it stops, but my mind keeps telling me that the song should`ve peaked at that point, **** my brains up for a couple more minutes and then come back down slowly. You know what I mean ? It`s something I frequently do myself haha. Hope this helps you in some way. Peace!

Lovely vinyl sound and good use of a fairly well known sample. The drums are not too in-yer-face and support rather than dominate the melody. Not as immediately original as some of your other stuff - particularly "Amieze" which really is superb (although the snare's a bit overpowering for me) Keep on the alternative tip,it suits you and gives you originality. Check some of my stuff if you get the chance, some more alternative than others and all done with an old Akai and a couple of effects processors.

Thanks man! I`m really glad to see this is getting mostly positive feedback, since it gives me a feeling that I`m not doin` it wrong haha. xD

Really loved the breakbeat tunes you have there and "Waltz for Aegis" is really ****ing trippy. The stuff you make sounds really technical. Also "Lay Down Your Carl Gustavs" is ****ing sick, I love those drums. Some of the other tracks are really not my taste and I couldn`t say much about them I guess. I would love to hear you make some hip hop beat if you`re into it. :D Peace!
