I know who will guide you to becoming a beat master... It's YOU. All it takes is a little practice and a lot of dedication. All you need to do is a few simple steps:
1) Understand how to use your tools, either hardware drum machine or Digital Audio Workstation (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic etc.)
2) It takes 5 mins to learn how to select samples and create a simple beat - there are already millions of tutorials available on the web (but a lifetime to master)
3) Listen to music you like and copy patterns to understand the different types of beats, then create your own.
4) Buy good quality drum kits sample packs.
