How do i post my youtube videos

I have a few tutorial i posted on youtube but i havent figured out how to get them posted in here. If someone could help that would be great.

I tryed that once and it didnt work, but ill try again. Oh matter of fact now that i think of it, it said i havent posted enough threads yet to put videos up...i guess they think it could be spam
