I just want to know how other producers structure there work...
Me,
I usual get a...
4 bar chord loop starting through a auto filter > slowly bring in some drums > Bass comes in starting with auto filter > Loop for verse > *Hook* > Drum pattern change for Hook > maybe some more filters > Repeat.
I've only done this for a few tracks though, a real simple structure. How do y'all do it?

Drums looping in the background while I lay down some chords from a progression + key(s), add instruments playing in tonic, my chorus is now made, make a crappy version of my chorus known as a verse, subsequent verses/choruses have +1 extra instrument that either cameo'd in the introduction or somewhere in one of the verses (or can be brand new). The rest is just details.
