Recreating this bassline

Completely new to this and want to start recreating basslines in order to gain more knowledge in synthesis. Any pointers on how such a bassline would be made and possibly recommendations for a synth within Ableton to do so with?

sounds like a pretty simple bass...Just a sine bass with a little character, no decay, maybe pitched -2 octaves. Im pretty sure I could make this in Serum
