Pesos Chimey Sounds

Anybody ever figured out the exact VST or synth used to make the sounds in Asap Rocky's song pesos?

I always wondered how I can get this type of sound, or if they are any that are similar out their that are actually good and not of crappy quality like the ones I used to have WAV's for.

Could be a sample. Thrown into a device like ableton lives simpler
