i feel like the future producers community hasnt supported turn up the way they support other stuff....so i expect everyone to be either or in regards to lil uzi's music....however you can't deny the vibe on this beat is crazy...
i need to know what chord progression this is...or how to get this sound/vibe

Just reharm a reverbed/delayed/bandpassed kalimba (maybe harp) sample with an 808 pattern. Then add trap drum pocket/bounce. Boom.

Edit: Oh and add a pitched up delay/reverbed vocal chop in key.
