How to Learn Playing Piano Melodies Like This?

I have been looking to learn playing piano melodies like this guy plays in this video at: 2:40 min



I could play the parts with the right hand. Though I would have to learn yet how to play the parts with the left hand. And have both harmonize together.

Bryan Michael Cox plays this type of melodies.

I would appreciate the suggestions a lot.
