Hi Brow (see what I did there?)

String section, already wet (fair amount of reverb), volume swell (fade-in), at volume crescendo— staccato string “punch” with finger vibrato/bend (possibly as much as a p4th?) on downbeat, with possibly an air-horn or other sound effect note layered in, a touch of white noise, and more heavy reverb (experiment with “wet plate” or even “cathedral” type sounds; may have pre-delay; with hi-pass EQ on pre-delayed reverb).
