How to get this sound?

I've been wondering how to get this sound from the intro of two songs in particular. Eclipse by Eric Prydz, and right this second by deadmau5. I was thinking delay, and reverb but I'm pretty new to all this, and can't quite nail it. Any help would be fantastic.

Yes, delay will get you in the neighborhood of either. Play with "time," "rate," "depth," and "feedback" controls (in and out of "sync" if you have the ability).
