How to get this big ass sound?

No idea how to make this exactly you have to experiment probably, but a good starting point would be a pluck sound preset, put a modulation envelope on the pitch and pitch it somewhere 12 or 24 semitones up with a fast attack and a fast release. Should come pretty close. Cause the cool effect is definitely a pitch envelope going up.
 
the automated white noise or the pluck with a small adsr configuration?

Usually squares got that twank if thas watcha talkin of?
