As for the first sound, it's pretty much a highpitched stabsound drenched in small room reverb with high early reflections.
Pick a saw-square wavetable and crossfade it by taste (or blend in together a square oscillator with a saw) and add some noise, detune it lightly (4 or 8 voices).
Add a lowpass filter and filter it down slightly, then add an envelope to the filter with medium decay time and pretty high sustain.
Add a highpass filter and leave it passive, and then add an envelope to it as well with a very fast decay and no sustain, so it quickly sweeps down.
Add a fast pitchdrop to it.
Then let velocity control some portamento so you can decide how heavy it will be depending on how hard you strike a key.
Lastly, add some standard medium decay and low sustain volume ADSR settings.
Then add a reverb plugin with much "wet"-mix, and have a short decay time, small room size, and a lot of early reflections.
