How do you pitch this vocal?

Its a couple seconds in, about 3 seconds, its the voices, is it pitched really deep? if so, how do you do it?

if you use FL try using the FL granulizer in pitch mode and place it down a few keys, otherwise pitch it down in the channel settings under timestretching options. or grab a plugin like madshifta

I tried the pitch in channel settings, it doesnt sound like it:/ ill try that FL granulizer

Edit: FL granulizer didnt pitch it to that either "/
