How to Create Bay Area Type Bass Synths

Recently I have been feeling these very dominant and synth heavy "Bay Area" type beats. I was wondering what kind of sounds are layered to create the bass leads as well as other leads in songs such as

and some Sage the Gemini type leads.

Thanks

For mobbin, Try These methods:
If youre using massive try a triangle wave (bend-) -12 pitch.
and the second osc either do a square wave thats hardclipped or a saw wave, and turn the amp down so it sits right.
And the sound in Mobbin sounds like its chorused

I appreciate any direction you guys give me, I am not looking for the exact preset they use, just how to get a similar sound so I will check out those VSTs and I already have massive so I'll do some research for that specific vst.

Just an update on my findings after taking advice in this thread and experimenting. I have found that the Vanguard VST has a lot of similar presets, simply by pitching the leads and pads up and increasing the attack a bit.
