Help Replicating Synth

Mostly it sounds like a sine wave with pitch bends.

There is a little bit of saw on the high ends so you could try layering with a highpassed saw wave 1 octave up?

Agree with Scrapheaper. It's most likely based on simple wave forms. Sounds like a sine or triangle bass with a saw on top. The key is the EQ job for sure. It seems to be a little muted on top and in the mids so you are left with a crisp, warm sound. May also have a bit of vibrato going on... perhaps a little chorusing as well, but to so much to lose the defined shape.

Or just a simple organsound with pitchbend. Then there's some kind of modulation. I would say it's either a tremolo, or a leslie-speaker effect which is shaped to sound more like a tremolo and less like a chorus.
I believe the saw-ish highend feeling comes from the sawbass which is pretty boosted in the highend, and not from any highpassed saw oscillator in the sound.
