does anyone have any idea on how i would be able to produce a similar bass or give me an idea of what effects are being used, i dont need it to be exactly the same but needs to have the same lo fi dirty over processed feeling. do you think that real analogue synths are being used or vsts heavily effected. thanks for your help.

sounds like a modulated reese bass

Its a bass sound like a roling bass with modulation in the lfo as bandcoach said. Try with a saw wave low pass 12 db, put the cutoff so you can hear the low end more than the high end and then use de lfo to modulate de cutoff.
