I like to use arpeggiators a lot.

The problem is...They make my songs sound really "trancey".

I am not going for trance. I am mainly trying to stick with bass/trap and house genres.

1. Any tips and or techniques for making arpeggiators sounding less 'trancey' and more house/bass...? Maybe simply don't even use them at all than...?

Try to do arps slower, e. g. use 1/8 notes or 1/4. Do pauses. Use more notes from chord thats arpeggiated.
It's hard to me to differ house and trance arp ... maybe the problem is not in the arp.
Use or not, i can't tell you.

Try writing out arpeggiator patterns in MIDI, gives you more control over which notes get played- arps generally only do octaves and basic major/minor triads.

Ironically, writing out an arpeggio in MIDI is better than using an arpeggiator
