A ,A# and B? That's two halfsteps in a row. It might be E blues scale, which is consisted of E, G, A, A#, B, D

You're in E minor, you said it yourself.

The A#/Bb might just be a passing tone between an A type chord and a B type chord, so I wouldn't put too much stock in the blues scale

E F# G A B C D E - Natural Minor
E F# G A B C D# E - Harmonic minor
E F# G A B C# D# E - Melodic minor

many others besides
