Ambient Bass in Massive?

I've been trying to figure out the bass in 2 Misogi beats with Massive. I'm not sure how to go about doing this or where to start.

The first is an ambient bass that rises and falls in this track: soundcloud.com/misxgi/timesviolet

The second, (of lesser importance but still bugging me) is the super distorted bass in Misogi's Deadwater: soundcloud.com/misxgi/deadwater

If anyone could help point me in the right direction it'd really be appreciated. Thanks.
 
It's quite similar to a relatively common liquid dnb bass. You could look up some yt tutorials for 'make liquid bass'

My attempt would be to get some saws, detune them, lowpass them, then add chorus. You also might want to highpass out the very very low end and add in a clean sub, cause the chorus might mess with the sub a bit.

Then bounce the result and draw in some pitch bends.

The other bass i'm fairly sure is just a distorted sine. You just have to get the right drive, the right dry/wet and maybe a little post eq-ing.
