Advanced drum patterns

Where can I learn how to do these? I've used the boom bap stuff so much that my mind is use to it. Even when I raise the tempo to 120 - 140bpm it's still hard for me. I've noticed one thing. When you're starting out with beats don't do bad habits like just expirementing with playing. Study rythym and melodys. I got some really nasty habits that are very hard to get rid of. I use reason btw. I don't like the whole pointing and clicking thing...I like playing everything live for some reason

I would like to know some Drum & Bass drum patterns, i can get the basic drum sequence down but its the hats i have trouble with, especially the shuffle before the second snare hit!
