808s Problem

My 808s sound different on my beats headphones (Beats Solo HDs 2) then they do on my speakers (Alesis Elevate 3).. help please

of course they will: beats colour the audio in a non flattering way so I would not use them to evaluate any mix

Further on, you're comparing headphones and speakers - 2 different kinds of playback systems that contain completely different constructions and stages - they will sound different.
It's better to compare between more systems, than just 1 speaker and 1 headphone.
