Triton LE sequences into mp3???

I just got a new triton LE 61 key and made a beat using the sequencer. I got a 1-in/ 1-out USB midi interface along with Cubase. Does anyone know how I can transfer the entire beat sequence, including all tracks, onto my computer so that I can then convert to mp3?
 
It didn't work. I have my triton connected to the computer through the midi interface and I tried it on Cool Edit Pro 2, but no sound comes through my computer's speakers
 
You didnt read the article.

You could also try searching this site for the other hundred threads asking the same question.
