Speaker Calibration using FL Studio

I have the presonus eris 5, and i'm wondering if I calibrated them right. I loaded up sylenth1 and put the first oscillator to white noise. I then put sylenth1 into mix track 1 and lowered the volume to -20dB( presonus engineers said to do this), and then I added a Parametric eq 2. I set the eq to -3dB ( i'm pretty sure this is now pink noise). I put my spl meter at ear level in the middle and set it to c weighted ( note: my monitors are pointing towards me) I then lowered my monitors to 0dB. I panned sylenth1 to the right, held the c5 key down and slowly turned up the monitor till it read 80dB. I repeated this for the other monitor. My monitors seem way louder than before, and more in sync. I really hope I generated pink noise correctly. Also will doing this make my exported sounds much louder? I found before they where too quite on multiple platforms (ieIphone, car stereo). Note my master level in the mixer was at 0dB.
-Thanks!
