    I'm shoutcasting myself at

I'm just fooling around with ideas at the moment so I doubt anyone would want to listen but it just occured to me that shoutcasting and live chat (IRC?) together would be a great teaching tool. People could shoutcast themselves composing and explain in the chatroom what they are doing, what equipment ppl are hearing, etc etc

    Couold be fun.

I have a friend who does shoutcast broadcasts on a regular basis. He sets up a chat and also promos on the boards. He usually gets a little crowd so he doesn't have to feel like he's spinning into space cooling his heels... he's even run out of bandwidth a few times, I think, which I guess is sort of like a sell-out crowd. Kinda.
