Room accoustics

I am preparing to remodel a room for use as a recording room (Drums, Guitars, Vocals, etc). Does anyone have any recommendations for soundproofing. Also any sources for Accoustical Foam would be helpful.

By the Way, The DAW will be located in an ajoining room.
