wuz good FP!! Its been a long time since i posted so i decided to do i t with a big decision making problem. I'm in the process of upgrading my studio. I think i already know which mic i'm going to get (btw, do you guys thinks Sterling Audio's ST55 is worth it, or the ST44?). But the problem is that i dont know which preamp to get. I'm between ART's Pro Channel and Focusrite's Trakmaster pro with the A/D upgrade. I'm leaning towards focusrite because of the converter option and the latency-free monitoring. But a lot of people have told me that ART's preamp is excellent for vocals. I mainly record singing and rap. I've personally never heard any recordings from wither of these. Maybe someone could give me thier insights on which preamp i should go for. Thx for your time.
