Need advice about mixer, PLEASE.

Well, I need a 16 channel mixer with an onboard FX procesor (possible two of them), that would be cool for live synth mixing.
I've been checking out Allen&Heath, but it's too expensive for me.
The budget is $400.
Any suggestions where to look?

400? not sure if youll find what you want for this price new.. maybe a second hand MACKIE?
 
why dont u look at behringer i forget which model it is but i know there are some nice ones. 400$ wont get u much in terms of a new unit.
