    hi im hitman i have a question for you guys. im looking for a pair of monitoring headphones and ive decided on eathier the mdr7506's or the akg k240's what do guys think sounds better , is best for monitoring. will last longer. i make trance.

    I heard the AKGs are dope. Not in my budget range yet though I think.

    Give the Beyer DT250s or 770s a consideration as well. Closed and very good for long use.

    i love my akgs....and it seems like i see them everywhere on tv shows when people are using headphones

    I gonna have to go against what everyone is saying here. My first pair of headphones were mdr4. Then I moved to the mdr v6. I just bought a pair of mdr6 they so rock and comfortable too.

    The best headphones by far are the Sennheiser HD600's. Take a look at them before buying anything.
