Midiman and JV-1080 setup

wondering what i need to do too hook my midiman controller, boss BX-600 6 channel mixer and roland JV-1080 synth up into my pc

im using a soundblaster platinum card with the front side midi interface

PS do i need to install these things into my pc? or just hook them up correctly

Its the midi cords i need help with wtf is this **** u all have ****ing studios can u help me for 1 minute?
