right now i have
-acid pro 5.0
-a casio keyboard
-E jay 2
-E jay 5
-Fruity Loops 3
and that M-Audio-Uno-1 in 1 out USB Bus powered Midi interface.

I agree, reinstall most recent drivers, reset, make sure the cables are plugged in the right way (midi input cable plugged into output on keyboard, etc...) make sure you have the interface set up in your program settings (it wont just popup and work in your program, you gotta "turn it on" in the program settings)
