Well, with two MAudio Delta 1010 interfaces with a MIDI in/out each, does it mean I can connect different devices and send/receive midi on the same channel for different equipment by just changing the output port in cubase ? I mean will I have 2x16 channels in cubase or other sequencer that I can use ?
 
Not 100% sure about this, but it should be.
One audiocard means 16 channels, another audio card means another 16 channels.
But to be sure, maybe ask this at the helpdesk people from Midiman (M-audio).
 
simple answer - yes. just select the output in cubase.
