Good Studio Setup

Is this setup good for a 15/hr studio. im am lookin 2 book studio time n this is what they have and they are charge a 15 dollar rate. Look at the flyer also.

It's a relatively cheesy rig, but it's a severely cheesy rate. So, if the guy knows what he's doing, it's more than fair.
 
massive mastering, if i were to do a booth with bass traps, would i get a good quality sound by putting the mic between a corner of a wall and a semi cirlce of basstraps?
