finishing touches on the "booth"

basically what i want to do is install XLR and 1/4" cable wall jacks on either side of the booth wall so I can seal it off completely without having to run mic and monitor cords under the door. You know what I mean?

If anyone can tell me the best way to do this (i.e. where to find the equipment and the best way to install) it would be greatly appreciated. I'm on a tight schedual and need this to be done in a couple days. Please Help!

You should be able to pick those type outlets up from a place like American Musical Supply.

Do those wallplates have to be soldiered? If so do they have a wallplate that can be pluged in from one side and then from the other? Or maybe they have a plate that holds the XLR in place so you can seal up the connection?
