double notes with my Edirol PCR-30

does anyone know why the edirol plays double notes when the key is stroked? i have updated the driver and still i have to go back each time and erase all double notes on what i just wrote. piano solos are a *****.

any thoughts?

ARRRGH!

trying to sort out the 'midi echo" NOW i have lost MIDI completely. it is not regersting now and i can't send it.

i am litterally about to chuck this piece out the window. i hate computers..well just PCs...Love MACs.

anybody have any idea why i can't send MIDI now on the EDIROL. i tried changing the MIDI channel, and nothing... at a total loss right now.
 
Cubase SX -

i figured out the MIDI loss... somehow the "note filter' was ticked... BUT i am still have the trouble with the double notes.

ideas?
