    Hello!

i was wondering if anyone has had experience using the Sea Sound SoloEX (Hard Disk recording) with Digital Performer?

    Main Questions:

    1. Are they compatible?

    2. If so, is the performance of good stature?

    3. ASIO driver? yes/no/others?

Thanks for the responses and help :-)

Sorry, I use Cubase VST 5.0. I don't know if they are compatible. I get latency down to 10 ms sometimes. It has Directsound, EASI, and ASIO drivers, but I've found the ASIO driver to not work with Native Instruments Reaktor.

Just in case you didn't know already. Seasound has gone out of business. I already own, the Solo EX, and although it has performed quite well (excellent pre-amps), the idea of not having support or driver updates has forced me to look for a replacement interface.

Check out RME Hammerfall DSP Multiface, Egosys WamiRack 24, and the awesome upcoming Metric Halo Mobile I/O.
