If I have my Yamaha s08 connected to the 001, would I still be able to hear sounds coming out of my monitors if they're connected to seperate outputs for just messing around and practicing? I also have an MPC 1000 that I would like to connect as well. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

If you can monitor input on the 001 then you should be able to hear the sounds of the S08 and the MPC while you're playing off them. You'd probably need to check the 001 control panel.

There's a 001 setup Quicktime movie or tutorial on the Digidesign website. I may have something that can help you too, if that doesn't work for you.
