will either the boss dr 770 or the boss dr5 be a good purchase for my first beat machine. Which is the better buy?

I dont know much about a DR5, but I do know the DR770 is a bad mutha....shut my mouth. I have its lil brother 660 and even its phat! In fact I might get a 770 and barter the 660.

DR660 anyone?
