Anyway to use fl effects in cubase?

Okay I copied the plugins into my cubase vst folder. And this is weird but when you bring the plugins up the whole appearance is different, and some of the plugins do not work? Reverb does not work, chorus does not work
Bass Boost does work however?

Strange since they are vsts you would think they would work.

anyway I am using cubase sx v 1.06
could this be why?
 
I can't find anything on Steinberg's site (can't seem to hit their ftp server from behind the work firewall)...do you know what version of VST Cubase SX 1.06 supports?

Perhaps they're VST 2.0 plugins?
