Is There A Such Thing As Internal Cadence?

I know external cadence is what one has when writing to instrumentals but am I the only one who feels that there is a thing as internal cadence? I write sans beats so I'm asking if anyone feels likewise.

Definitely. I think for the most part it's hard to create a cadance with out the actual beat. I mean of course you can create one but it may not naturally match the beats you try to put it on. At this current time, Migos are proly the cadance masters. I would say listen to them and pick up on how they're cadance match the hats, kick and snare and then start playing around with that. You would proly come up with some dope cadences.
