chillwave type Beat

Quite a nice track, I feel this would work well with some rap or hip-hop vocals, but I would maybe say to add some variation every bar or two just to keep it interesting. It's a nice style of music though.
 
I would put this under Trip Hop instead of chillwave. It's got a glitchy sort of feel to it. In my opinion the left panned (brass?) needs a little something to make it more interesting. The drums could use a little beefing up - they seem too thin. The rest of the sounds were interesting and it has some real interesting movement overall. Good work.

thanks guys! i agree on the drums needing more punch. this is sort of a roughmix but im also really bad when it comes to mixing
 
dope sound. gives a real dreamy vibe which i like. lookin forward to hear the finished product man. give the drums more energy in the mix
