Well, the chorus is the best part, for sure. That little underlying guitar (?) melody makes it. The verse seems a little plodding. I wonder if you use some heavier guitar and speed it all up a little bit. I like the little atonal harmonics/feedbacky thing at the beginning -- that's a nice touch.
Honestly not too crazy about the lyrics. A little too angsty and self deprecating in a way that doesn't really sound authentic. Otherwise, I think you're on the right track.
