I like the beat overall, the piano is great and the kick is punchy as hell which is awesome. As for the snare and quantization - which DAW are you using? I'm sure they all have a feature like this but I primarily use logic and you can set a "quantization strength" for every individual region so you could quantize the snares like 30% which will make them feel a bit less rushed but still loose and human.

Good work though honestly - I like it a lot! Keep it up - I can't wait to hear more!

The only thing imo , is that the snare sound , could be a little layered , or not so tight/hard enough.
