90% of the type beats on youtube are like that , means if you are a wannabe rapper and have no following, no spotify , no apple music and your making absolutley no money u can just use the beat its whatever , but if you a rapper and upload song to streaming platforms, shooting music videos (rapping about how much money u have) , concerts and all that stuff its called commercial use u have to lease the beat (on beatstars which im still woking on and should be ready in couple of days)
