I Know - Chilled trap beat 100% f4f

hey dude, so the bass line is crashing with the chord progressions. Fix it by Eq the chords with a high pass filter that start at around 350 Hz and put an eq with a low pass filter that stops at around 350hz as well on the bass. Just finished listening to the song, the progression is pretty smooth, except for the freqcunies issue, great job! shot u a follow.

This is pretty good, though there are a couple things you can do to make it better. I felt that the chords were a little low in the mix compared to the bass, try panning them out so that they can be turned up without crashing in with the bass line. The drums could also hit harder too, some eq would help that. But aside that, this was pretty dope, definitely something chill I can put on.
 
I don't agree with the previous posters. I think the slight discordance adds a lot of tension and personality to the track, it doesn't sound like all the 1000 other trap tracks out there. But I might feel like this because I'm used to Electronica where uncommon chords are more usual. Love the sounds of the hihat. But I think you could add some more elements. One more subtle ambient melody line and some more percussion perhaps.

Hey HBlunt once again you bring us an interesting track, like the kick&snare playing, 808 sounds good too. Like the balance of the instruments on this track. Main melody it's chill like you said, synth details are interesting. Nice job overall, like how you change it on the mid end. Could you check any track on my soundcloud please?
 
this beat is dope. i think the only thing thats missing really bro, is some things can be louder. thats the only thing i hear, i like the vibes bro.
 
Nice work with the keys, super chill beat. I like the different instruments you used. Sounds clash a little bit, but a bit of mixing will fix it. Good work though, enjoyed this beat
 
I really like the breakdown part and the synth/organ you use there, its really cool. Like the vibe of the track, the lead could use some eq in my opinion, especially on the high end. Also the snare sometimes is a little low in volume, it helps to create the laid back mood, but for my taste it is a bit too low, so maybe up the volume on the snare in those parts. Overall its a good track, and with some eq and mixing it will become even better. Keep up the work man!
 
Really dope chill beat. I think the lead synths would sound better if they were mixed a bit louder. Keep it up I left a like and a comment on the track!
 
smooth beat bro, sounds clean. the synth you used in it is pretty dope it adds a good spice in it. the drums are pretty tight too, the kick hits hard but i wouldnt mind if you threw some more drums in it too but i still rock wit it. keys are dope. keep it up homie. appreciate the feed you left me too, thanks.
