Personally, I think the drums on this track need some work. The kick sample sounds kinda out of place, if nothing else the sample could be tuned to the track. The kick doesn't have that strong hip hop punch to it. The open hat or crash seems kind of out of place as well, and to me it seems off beat? After listening to your other song, Bosses Orders, Good Report feels a lot more empty as a mix.
